to work at one of our largest key accounts in the automotive industry in Torrance, CA

 This position is 100% on site in Torrance, CA

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay rate: $20/hr

The Dealer Claims and Registration Analyst is responsible for the handling of Dealer submitted claims and registrations for AHM company and lease vehicles. The objective of this position to work with a team of analysts to validate and approve maintenance and repair claims to ensure timely payment to participating Company Vehicle Administration (CVA) dealers. The team will also coordinate with the registration vendors to ensure timely distribution of registration and renewal correspondence to all associates participating in the AHM Company Car program.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling of incoming calls and correspondence from Dealers and Associates

  • Validation & adjustment of Co. Vehicle Courtesy Delivery claims in CICS mainframe (20 per month)

  • Validation & processing Co. Vehicle Maintenance and repair claims in CICS mainframe (800 per month)

  • Reimbursement for associate paid claims

  • Research & resolution of registration / renewal status inquiries

  • Logging and distribution of state plates /stickers for all company vehicles

  • Processing of all company car and lease registration packets (400 per month)

  • Processing / Distribution of renewals for all company vehicles (600 per month)

What skills are we looking for?

  • Time management skills, flexibility and attention to detail are essential

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint

  • Ability to understand and work with different computer databases

  • Be highly organized and complete tasks efficiently and within prescribed deadlines
