At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking a Non-CDL Driver & Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our growing team in Macedon, NY. This direct hire position offers great pay, flexible hours, and many opportunities for career advancement!
Pay: $20/hr (No overtime cap)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8-15 hour workdays, some overnight travel required)
Type: Direct Hire, Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
??????Driving & Logistics:
- Drive non-CDL rental box trucks to customer sites for equipment pick-ups across the Northeast area only.
- Organize, palletize, wrap, and band equipment for redeployment.
- Overnight stays as needed; lodging and meals covered by company card (no upfront costs).
- Maintain professional appearance and strong customer communication.
Inventory Management:
- Inspect, organize, and input inventory into NetSuite.
- Conduct cycle counts and manage stock transfers.
- Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Team Support & Cross-Training:
Cross-train in other roles as needed to support the team’s efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of warehouse or driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable with overnight travel and lifting up to 75+ lbs with tools to assist
