We’re hiring Production Workers / Machine Operators to work at a leading food manufacturer in Owatonna, MN.
TRAINING PROVIDED-train to run a machine and drive a forklift!
If you’ve worked at a home improvement store, moving company, large appliance delivery company, or if you have experience stocking shelves and loading/unloading trucks and similar, we want to hear from you!
4-day work week
Choose 1st shift $18 per hour 6 am to 4:30 pm, Mon-Thurs or 2nd shift $19 per hour 4 pm to 2:30 am Mon-Thurs
Weekly pay, temp to hire in 90 days or less, benefits available!
What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator/Production Worker?:
• Operate machines to produce food products
• Record materials and machine functions/readings and finished goods.
• Adjust machine settings to manufacture products to quality specifications.
• Identify when machine functions are not operating properly.
• Clean machines and support equipment.
• Weigh, read, identify and load raw materials.
• Disassemble, clean, and re-assemble parts.
• Operate a forklift to transfer finished product (training provided)
• Clean and organize of production supply storage areas.
• Move finished product within the facility.
• Stock pallets, package supplies, and other production supplies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have warehouse, manufacturing, production, factory, assembly, stocking, machine operation, or food handling experience
• Previous workers of large home improvement stores, moving companies, large appliance delivery companies and similar are encouraged to apply!
• Can lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds (with assistance).
• Can pass written test for certification of fork truck operation- training provided.
• Have basic computer skills
Jobs require lifting 35-50 lbs. repeatedly, bending, reaching, stooping, walking and moving all shift.
