Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
As a Production Scheduler, you’ll be at the heart of operations, coordinating and optimizing production schedules to meet customer demands and organizational goals. Your key responsibilities include:
• Plan and Establish Schedules: Develop daily/weekly production schedules to align with company objectives and customer expectations.
• Monitor and Optimize: Track production progress, monitor materials and inventory, and review factors impacting schedules to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with functional teams to exchange relevant information and meet customer requirements.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify potential supply chain risks during the scheduling process and implement mitigation strategies.
• Utilize Technology: Use tools and systems (including Oracle, preferred) to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in processes and workflows to minimize costs while maintaining delivery timelines.
What You Bring to the Role

• Are computer literate, with proficiency in common tools and familiarity with Oracle (preferred).
