    Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $34.65 – $39.60/hour & $5,000 Sign on Bonus

    What’s a typical day as an Equipment Service Technician? You’ll be:
    • Ensuring equipment operates in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
    • Supporting the production team to achieve daily targets
    • Completing preventive and planned maintenance as per schedule to maintain equipment quality and availability
    • Supporting projects to improve department characteristics and ensure the success of new models and business plans
    • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment efficiently
    • Mentoring and training team members to enhance technical skill set
    • Utilizing root cause analysis to improve equipment availability and implement countermeasures
    • Maintaining accurate communication and reporting through CMMS (Maximo)
    • Ensuring equipment safety specifications are maintained for associate safety
    • Completing assigned work and training to meet production goals

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
    • Have technical experience with asset management or industrial maintenance
    • Possess a Technical Associate Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
    • Have electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
    • Can read electrical and mechanical prints
    • Have mechanical repair skills
    • Are proficient in using electrical test meters
    • Have experience with preventive maintenance completion
    • Have a track record of achieving equipment uptime in assigned area
    • Can meet mean time to repair (MTTR) targets
    • Are willing to work on the production floor and travel as needed
    • Are available to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required
