Compensation: $22.00 – $26.00

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
– Providing essential administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, reporting directly to the office manager.
– Greeting visitors and delivering world-class service to our customers, ensuring a positive first impression.
– Coordinating appointments, meetings, and managing staff calendars and schedules to enhance productivity.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have prior experience in office administration, with a strong track record of supporting managers and employees.
– Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, to create presentations and management-level reports.
– Possess excellent communication skills, both via phone and email, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
