Schedule and Pay: 

  • Training7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)  

  • Shift: 9:00am-6pm ( NO WEEKENDS) 

  • Pay: $19.50/hr

  • Temp to Hire position

What’s a typical day as a Fork Lift Operator?

  • Operates lift trucks in order to distribute, move, ship and/or receive specified parts or equipment

  • Required to obtain and maintain Forklift Driver Certification through the Company

  • Picking, marshaling, sorting, packing, stacking, loading, and labeling

  • Keeps accurate records of all transactions

  • Resolves routine material work flow problems with assigned equipment/part orders

  • Ensures more complex problems are directed appropriately

  • Makes recommendations to change outdated or ineffective procedures through the kaizen process.

  • May be required to utilize hand and power tools

Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred

  • At least 3 months or more  of manufacturing related experience

  • Some basic computer skills may be required

  • Required to stand for long periods of time and manually lift/move/manipulate parts up to 50 pounds or use cranes/hoists to move heavier materials
