Kelly’s customer, has a permanent opportunity for a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service and Contract Administrator with our customer in Etobicoke, ON, where you will provide outstanding customer service to the customer’s dealers and customers and support the department in processing leasing and financing contract administration.

 

RESPONSIBILITES:

Your main responsibilities include the ability to perform the following role requirements in both French and English:

  • The importance of timely and accurate response to dealer and customer inquiries are essentially to company delivering a positive customer service experience in a highly competitive captive finance.

  • Share best practices for assessing, researching, resolving customer inquiries on a daily basis.

  • Respond to customer service inquiries regarding contract terms and accounting queries and providing both customers and dealers with during term buyout options.

  • You will document and code all conversations and each customer request in Infolease and Aspire.

  • Prepare welcome packages for new customers.

  • Confirm and follow-up on expired customer insurance.

  • Process contract terminations and close out letters.

  • Reconciliation of contract balances and differences including system generated entries to the general ledger and general ledger account reconciliations.

  • Supporting collections with some other accounting and general administrative responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

  • Review upcoming maturing contracts to determine the course of action to be taken e.g. set up renewal, invoice for residual etc.

  • Set up new contracts in the retail lease management system.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or other Business-related discipline is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, primarily Word, Excel, Outlook is mandatory.

  • Minimum one year customer service experience in Leasing or similar field.

  • Excellent oral and written skills in the English and French language

  • Ability to work independently under pressure to meet both internal and external deadlines.

  • You have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments with tight deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills required.

  • Ability to work as a team and build collaborative relationships with partnering departments in the organization.

  • You’re detail oriented, organized, and maintain a sense of urgency.

  • Minimum three year collections experience.

Great to Have:

  • Demonstrate commitment and build trust with dealers and internal team to support dealers for retail lease/financing applications.

  • Technical knowledge and experience in a finance company is preferred.

  • Product knowledge and lease structuring knowledge is preferred.

  • Info-Lease and Aspire experience is an asset but not required.
