Kelly Services, in partnership with a global leader in diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders, is immediately hiring a qualified Project Management Support Specialist. This company is a pioneer in electrophysiology, known for developing the first real-time 3D cardiac mapping and navigation technology and the first electrophysiology catheter. Their CARTO® 3 System revolutionized 3D mapping technology by enhancing the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of cardiac ablation procedures.

This position involves supporting project teams in the development of electrophysiology catheters and related accessories. The Project Management Support Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities for new product development and lifecycle management. Responsibilities include sourcing engineering materials, managing supply chains, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with design controls throughout the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track training for team associates.

  • Monitor and report on project budget expenses and spending trends.

  • Create and reconcile purchase order requisitions.

  • Coordinate logistics and payments for physician engagements and project studies.

  • Support requests for HCP and non-HCP engagements, travel arrangements, and research contracts.

  • Oversee Device History Files for assigned projects.

  • Source engineering materials and services, obtain quotes, and place orders.

  • Lead or support work order execution and inventory management for new product materials.

  • Maintain design control for development build activities.

  • Assist in project team initiatives focusing on cost improvements, process excellence, and product development.

  • Support communication and compliance activities for R&D initiatives.

  • Perform additional program management tasks as assigned.

Experience and Education

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 4–6 years of related experience.

  • Associate Degree with 6+ years of related experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the medical device industry.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of PLM systems and proprietary tools such as Totality, JDE, ARIBA, and Windchill.

  • Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines with excellent communication skills.

  • Familiarity with product development processes, including product structures, Bills of Material, and routings.

  • Financial accounting experience is a plus.
