Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Machine Operator for a Manufacturing Warehouse in Charlotte, NC 

Shift:  
·  1st shift:
·  7am – 4pm  
· Monday – Friday
 
Payrate:  
·  $17 / hr  
·  Weekly Pay every Friday  
   
 
Warehouse Duties:  
• Feeding paper core’s dispenser (raw material) into the rewinder machine.
• Feeding aluminum coil (raw material) into the rewinder machine using a trolley.
• Feeding glue’s bar (raw material) into the rewinder machine.
• Feeding cartoning boxes (raw material) into the rewinder machine.
• Packaging aluminum rolls in large boxes and assembling them on pallets.
• Setting up machines to run different SKU’s.
• Keeping control of quality through visual and/or dimensional inspection.
• Performing simple maintenance activities and adjustments as directed by superiors.
• Assisting with material movement services through production lines.
• Cleaning the machinery and maintaining organization.
• Filling out production-related documents.

Warehouse Qualifications: 
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Have a technical degree (preferred).
• Possess good concentration and attention to detail.
• Have strong teamwork skills.
• Have a technical mind and the ability to work with hands.
• Have working knowledge of relevant machinery and equipment.
• Have solid troubleshooting skills.
• Are knowledgeable about safety and quality standards.
• Can interpret technical specifications and information.
• Can work with minimal supervision and manage your own workload.
• Can lift up to around 20 lbs.
