Kelly Government Solutions is seeking a talented Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Associate to join a dynamic team.  This is a direct hire opportunity with a starting salary range between $70-90k a year.  This role is 100% onsite.  

About the Role:

As a QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality System Management: Implement and maintain the company’s QMS, manage document control, oversee employee training, and support supplier management.

  • Quality Operations: Provide QA support for daily operations, monitor production processes, ensure accurate product traceability, and conduct internal audits.

  • Quality Compliance: Review and approve quality documents, investigate quality events, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Additional Responsibilities: Stay current with regulatory guidelines, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA or QC in a regulated environment.

  • Strong understanding of cGMP, cGLP, and cGDP regulations.

  • Experience with root cause analysis, investigations, and risk assessments.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
