Temp to hire, weekly pay, benefits available

Why consider a position as an Administrative Assistant?

  • 1st Shift: 8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday

  • $19.50 per hour

  • Temp-to-hire 

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide reception services as first point of contact (phone and in-person).

  • Answer incoming patient and referral source calls related to new orders and ongoing patient service needs such as troubleshooting, order status and general inquiries.

  • Complete outbound calls regarding order confirmation, documentation requirements, insurance benefits, patient scheduling, order status and patient wellness calls.

  • Review incoming orders and determine action to be taken

  • Work with Sales team to complete documentation requirements for patients.

  • Collaborate with back-office qualification teams to facilitate processing of orders.

  • Help with coordination of patient Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) classes including assembly of paperwork instructions and other activities as defined by policy.

  • Conduct downloads of recording devices such as apnea monitors, oximeters, CPAP devices, and other respiratory equipment.

  • Perform functional tests on respiratory equipment.

  • Collect credit card/billing information.

  • You have at least one year of related work experience and a HSD or GED

  • Can multi-task.

  • Will be at work every day.

  • Are interested in being hired on by Apria.

  • You are comfortable answering phones, helping customers, and using computers.
