Building a career in manufacturing?  We’re hiring Mechanical Help for Large Machine Assembly!

Machine Assembly

Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (always potential for OT)
Pay:  $23/hour
Duration: Long term temp, up to 1 year with opportunity for hire

Position Overview:

This role involves complex mechanical machine assembly tasks, requiring precise attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

As a Large Machine Assembler you will be: 

  • Using your mechanical skills to perform complex assembly

  • Working from blueprints, part lists, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.

  • Troubleshooting issues as they arise in the assembly process.

  • Improving related processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and working conditions.

  • Maintaining an organized and clean work area

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in machine tool assembly or mechanical maintenance, or service.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without aid and perform repetitive reaching and bending.

  • Ability to read simple schematics and blueprints, parts lists.

  • Experience with accurate measuring devices essential.

  • Electrical wiring assembly experience and computer literacy are a plus.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
