Machine Assembly
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (always potential for OT)
Pay: $23/hour
Duration: Long term temp, up to 1 year with opportunity for hire
Position Overview:
This role involves complex mechanical machine assembly tasks, requiring precise attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
As a Large Machine Assembler you will be:
- Using your mechanical skills to perform complex assembly
- Working from blueprints, part lists, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise in the assembly process.
- Improving related processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and working conditions.
- Maintaining an organized and clean work area
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience in machine tool assembly or mechanical maintenance, or service.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without aid and perform repetitive reaching and bending.
- Ability to read simple schematics and blueprints, parts lists.
- Experience with accurate measuring devices essential.
- Electrical wiring assembly experience and computer literacy are a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
