Medical Assembler II/Technician
Location: Lake Zurich, IL
Client: Kelly
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$20-26/hr
Shift Information:
1st Shift: 6am-2pm, Monday through Friday
2nd Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday
This is a permanent, contract-to-hire position w/ benefits. Experienced candidates encouraged to apply, pays based on experience!

What’s a typical day as a Medical Assembler/Technician? You’ll be:
- Following quality system and all applicable SOPs
- Producing components, subassemblies, or final assemblies with minimal supervision
- Performing in-line checks and utilizing hand tools such as calipers and rulers
- Conducting in-line product testing on subassembly and finished products
- Identifying and communicating defects to supervisor or engineer
- Operating a variety of equipment including adhesive dispensers, UV cure, vertical shrinker, braider, tipping machines, and molding equipment
- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly CER cleaning for individual stations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience in a similar role within the medical device manufacturing industry
- Experience with Calipers, Micrometers, Scalpels, Soldering Iron, Tweezers, and Microscopes
