Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a lead mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet of construction equipment and vehicles, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Our fleet includes a variety of light to heavy construction equipment such as boom lifts, cranes, dozers, welding machines, scissor lifts, forklifts, and excavators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to heavy construction equipment.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Utilize diagrams and schematics to identify and resolve equipment problems.

  • Maintain a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team and operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing various forms of heavy industrial/commercial equipment.

  • Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including operation and repair.

  • Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics.

  • Class A CDL is a plus.

  • Clean driving record.

  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, squat, and reach for equipment repairs, and work in various environments.
