Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team and play a critical role in the planning and execution of EPC construction projects. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for calculating detailed cost estimates for large-scale projects and will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure project success. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate the total cost of materials, equipment, and labor for EPC construction projects.

  • Research and analyze construction documents and specifications.

  • Prepare estimates to support planning, organizing, and scheduling project work.

  • Manage pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions.

  • Collaborate with Procurement to secure the best deals with vendors and subcontractors.

  • Submit relevant documents and budgets before bid deadlines.

  • Report project status regularly to management and keep clients updated.

  • Develop contingency plans and manage risks that may affect costs or schedules.

  • Stay current with the latest estimating technologies and industry techniques.

  • Conduct site visits and provide support for bid deliveries as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10–12 years of experience in estimating within the EPC industrial construction field.

  • Expertise in piping and mechanical estimating.

  • Proven ability to plan and organize schedules and assess project and resource requirements.

  • Strong skills in estimating, negotiating, and setting budgets and timelines.

  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in relevant estimating software.

  • Willingness to travel for site visits as required.

  • Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong personnel management and negotiation abilities.

  • Excellent research, proposal writing, and oral presentation skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of best industry practices and standards.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
