Job Posting: Project Manager – EPC and Oil & Gas Industry

Location: Southeast Texas

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in EPC and oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of field management experience, with expertise in profit and loss responsibility, project planning, and resource management. This role offers significant opportunities for growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize production schedules for EPC projects.

  • Assess and manage project resources and requirements effectively.

  • Estimate, negotiate, and establish budgets and timelines with clients and senior management.

  • Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and quality control standards.

  • Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet safety and building regulations.

  • Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and the construction team to meet contractual performance requirements.

  • Prepare and present detailed internal and external reports on project status, progress, and deliverables.

  • Support the bidding team by analyzing project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

  • Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure all construction meets or exceeds company and industry standards.

  • Review daily project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and budgets.

  • Supervise the construction process to meet deadlines while exceeding customer expectations.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, coordinating all aspects of the project lifecycle, including collaboration with engineers, architects, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in field management within the EPC or oil & gas industry.

  • Strong background in profit and loss responsibility and project financial oversight.

  • Proven ability to plan and organize production schedules effectively.

  • Extensive experience in estimating, negotiating, and managing project budgets and timelines.

  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards in the industry.

  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.

  • Experience in preparing comprehensive reports and documentation.

  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
