Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a contract assignment with one of industry partners in the Fayetteville, AR area. - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible hours after training is complete)
- Pay Rate: $20-26/hour, depending on relevant laboratory experience
- Location: Fayetteville, AR
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team. This is an entry-level position with the potential for growth for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a background in science, with experience in high-complexity CLIA lab settings, and proficiency in ELISA assays and pipetting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory testing, focusing on high-complexity assays in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Conduct ELISA assays and pipetting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow established laboratory protocols and quality control procedures.
- Maintain lab equipment and assist with troubleshooting.
- Document and report results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient lab operations.
- Ensure safety standards and cleanliness in the laboratory environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or Associate’s degree in a science-related field with at least 2 years of high-complexity CLIA lab experience.
- Hands-on experience with ELISA assays and pipetting is preferred.
- Approximately 0-2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting (entry-level candidates are welcome, but more experienced applicants will also be considered).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently after the initial training period.
