Salary: $100,000-$110,000
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive excellence in quality assurance within a highly regulated environment? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality operations, maintain compliance, and ensure customer satisfaction through impeccable leadership and sound decision-making.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll:

Lead and Develop Your Team:
- Manage QA personnel, set performance goals, and ensure training files are current.
- Develop and implement inspection and operational procedures.
- Provide performance evaluations and foster professional growth.

Monitor and Enhance Quality Processes:
- Ensure conformance with regulatory, quality system, and customer requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of specifications, test methods, and personnel performance.
- Analyze and trend data related to incident reports, CAPAs, complaints, and change control.
- Ensure conformance with regulatory, quality system, and customer requirements.

Champion Compliance:
- Lead the internal audit program and participate in external and regulatory audits.
- Oversee document control and ensure alignment with OSHA, safety, and material handling standards.
- Exercise sound judgment in interpreting requirements and ensuring compliance.

Communicate Quality Performance:
- Track and report the quality status of materials and processes to internal teams, management, and suppliers.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain high standards and address issues proactively.

What You Bring
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, etc.).

- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email tools.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP regulations, and other relevant compliance requirements.
