Kelly Services is looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for the Carrollton area.
Job description
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to their office, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and a strong background in clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will provide administrative support to their office, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers
- Manage the front desk, answering phone calls and professionally greeting visitors
- Provide administrative support to the front office, including preparing documents, filing, and maintaining records
- Assist with marketing tasks
- Manage scheduling and appointments
- Coordinate and plan events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of
- Perform other administrative duties as required, including data entry, mail distribution, order supplies
Duties
– Provide administrative support to the front office, including preparing documents, filing, and maintaining records.
– Assist with business ops tasks.
– Utilize phone systems to make and receive calls, as well as manage scheduling and appointments.
– Assist with budgeting and tasks, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
– Coordinate and plan events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of.
– Perform other administrative duties as required, including data entry and mail distribution.
– Some travel (up to 20%) will be required for Networking or Sales calls.
*Experience: **
– Proven 2 or more yrs experience in office management.
– Strong background in administrative and clerical tasks.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Social Media management, some marketing knowledge.
– Experience with some accounting.
– Proficiency in office management software and phone systems.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Location: Carrollton, TX
M-F 7-4/8-5(hybrid 3 days in, 2 days out)
Pay $25
