Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Site Associate at one of our Global clients in Allentown, PA. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8 hour day shift, flexible shift times. Must be flexible to work some weekends and overtime if needed.
Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)
Job Description: Warehouse Operations Site Associate: Commercial Operations and Strategic Enablement is the conduit between the business and the sales organization, enabling sales growth objectives through ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. The Sales Network Optimization team minimizes cost to serve while prioritizing customer service levels, allowing DPS to fulfill current demand and enable new business.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage implant inventory including replenishments, National loaners, returns, and expired goods.
- Collaborate with local sales team on process for open order collection and customer solutions.
- Key Account Management – connect with and manage key customer stakeholders.
- Perform check in and put away process for Orthopedic products including scanning inventory, completing inventory transfers, ordering replacement parts, and sorting mixed sets
- Contact with freight forwarder, receiving parties and internal clients.
- Partner with customer accounts receivable to mitigate pricing issues and process invoicing.
- Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval.
- Train and follow standard operation procedures and work instructions.
- Responsible for GDP Good documentation practices
- Performing cycle count and inventory reconciliation activities
- Assist in regulatory inspection and perform safety and quality audits.
- Adherence to training requirements, and health and safety regulations
- Wear protective clothing and equipment as required.
- Implement schedule / policies/ and group guidelines.
- Lead projects as required.
- On-Call on a rotating basis
- Flexible to other tasks as priorities shift
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience and Skills: Required: 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience: preferred within any of the following areas: distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, customer service.
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and proactive communication.
- MS Office Suite proficiency preferred, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong Communication skills
- Preferred: Warehouse / Distribution experience required.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices GMP or Good Practices GxP Inventory Management experience.
- Strong computer skills and ability to utilize specialized software and customized programs to meet business needs.
- Other: Availability to work Monday – Friday on site. Some weekends
- Ability to accommodate changes in the schedule including working in other shifts as per operational needs is required late or early start
