Pay rate: $35.00 per hour
Length: 1 year contract with good possibility it will be extended
Work Schedule: MF 8:00am-5:00pm
Hybrid work after training, 1/2 days remote and 3/4 days in office

What’s a typical day as a Senior Trust Fiduciary Analyst? You’ll be:
- Partnering with our client’s Private Wealth, Advisor Solutions, and Estate Settlement Trust Advisors to open and fund trust accounts.
- Updating the trust accounting platform and generating client paperwork.
- Facilitating pre-acceptance account reviews and completing account funding requirements.
- Working with outside investment managers to open partner accounts and tracking asset movement until the account is funded.
- Maintaining libraries that catalogue partner paperwork and financial institutions from whom assets can be received.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in Trust Administration, Trust Onboarding, and asset movement.
- Possess knowledge of regulatory requirements for a corporate fiduciary.
- Have 5 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Have at least 1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Access.
- Have experience in Institutional Trust Account Administration/Opening.
