Kelly, in partnership with a tenured and growing manufacturer, is looking for a CNC Maintenance Mechanic in Fall River, MA.
This is a direct hire position meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

Job Description:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment in the plant, performing preventive maintenance procedures, and ensuring the safety of equipment operation. The Industrial Maintenance Technician will work closely with the production team and report to the Maintenance Manager.
- Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge and skills
- Experience with troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
- Precision machining skills and welding ability.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for industrial equipment
- 3+ years experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Two-year technical degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability or willingness to work overtime as necessary. Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner.
