We’re hiring Production Workers / Machine Operators for a premier food manufacturing company in Affton/St. Louis, MO 63123.

Job Details:
Choose your schedule:
1st shift 5 am-3:20pm Monday-Thursday (Friday OT as needed)
2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 1:30am Monday-Thursday (Friday OT as needed) $18 per hour
3rd Shift: 10:30pm to 7am Monday-Friday $18.50 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating machines to produce food products.
- Picking and preparing raw materials for use in production.
- Verifying production runs match schedule by checking labels, packaging, and other specifications.
- Folding and sealing cardboard boxes, labeling bagged products, removing bags from conveyor, placing into boxes, sealing, and stacking boxes onto pallets.
- Completing paperwork.
- Regularly handling objects weighing up to 50+ lbs.
- Communicating with colleagues from other departments and working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Utilizing simple hand tools as needed for production tasks.
- Performing miscellaneous duties such as sweeping, clean-up, garbage removal, and taking samples.
- Performing full wash down of the production room with the use of ECOLAB chemicals, scrub brushes, and a strahman hoses. The wash also involves the disassembling and assembly of the production equipment.
- Adhering to all safety, environmental, and regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines set forth by IRCA.

You may be a good fit for this position, if:
- You have 6 months recent machine operation, production, assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
- You can lift 50 lbs. frequently, climb ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong English and Math skills.
- You can work overtime as needed.
- You have new steel toed shoes or can get some before starting.
- You have a High School Diploma or GED.
