R&D Tech Support Specialist
Pay – $22-$25/hour
Kelly Services is currently seeking a R&D Tech Support Specialist for one of our top clients in Jacksonville, FL.
- Writes, oversees and coordinates protocols for the production of clinical and non-clinical test articles in support of R D and Operations initiatives.
- Performs regular audits of documents, ensuring their accuracy.
- Facilitates pilot scale and manufacturing scale pre-clinical and clinical protocols which involves extended periods of standing.
- Works as an active participant in multi-disciplinary teams involved in test article research and development.
- Communicates and facilitates required testing for release of test articles to the clinic.
- Organizes and assembles Design History Records for protocols run in operations.
- Gathers and analyzes test article data in support of research projects.
- Adheres to safety and environmental policies and procedures and supports department safety and environmental objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum education required for competent performance:
- Associate degree or 2 years of related experience with technical writing, work instructions and documentation.
- Excellent communication; written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must have ability to pay special attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize projects and tasks is required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
