Long Term Contract Position
Onsite
- Monitor change control
- Facilitate review at VPAT
- Monitor PCN meetings ¿ track known updates that cannot be contained within build
- Create a presence within build activities during prototype builds
- Determine optimal update plan & schedule updates accordingly
- Track vehicle pedigree and test readiness
- Work with program teams to lead small builds (model year changeovers)
- Interact with engineering community to understand update and its benefits
- Determine impact of part modifications, including other areas of the vehicle affected
- Review illustrations / engineering CAD documents to ensure all impacted parts have been identified
- Lead durability prototype updates & coordinate signoff
- Bill of material analysis
- Interact with Team Lead, Parts Ordering Specialist, & Garage Coordination Specialist to ensure that their needs are being coordinated and met in a timely manner
