Direct Hire CNC Programmer
Location: Mentor, OH
Shift: 1st Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm 
Hourly Pay: $25 - $35 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team in Mentor, OH. In this direct hire position, you will be responsible for generating, updating, and maintaining CNC mill programs using CAM software, manual programming, and custom macro programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong machining background and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and update CNC programs to meet production requirements.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to optimize programs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, suggesting process improvements.

  • Operate CNC mills, perform machine setups, and assist with prototype and production runs.

  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all programming and machine setups.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and team collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED; technical certifications preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of machining experience and 5+ years of CNC programming with CAM software.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD systems, CNC software, and machining techniques.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
