$23-25/hr

What’s a typical day as an HR Customer Service Rep? You’ll be:
– Responding to and resolving HR-related inquiries via telephone, live chat, and the HR Connect Portal, while striving to deliver excellent service.
– Documenting all team member inquiries and their resolutions in the HR Contact Center case management system (ServiceNow).
– Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction and first call resolution, while maintaining high-quality interactions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can manage live chat interactions effectively.
– Possess experience working with contact center technology and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
– Are knowledgeable about various HR processes and can analyze data to identify issues and suggest improvements.
– Can handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
– Are flexible with working hours and can cover EST hours as needed.
