Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$22/hour

• Contribute to maintaining quality in both raw and processed forms of cottonseed through rigorous testing and monitoring.

What’s a typical day as a Quality Assurance Plant Monitor? You’ll be:
• Assisting the Quality Control group in conducting plant monitoring testing on cottonseed, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Performing quality checks including Truck Sampling, Sample De-Linting, Acid Percentage, Dryer Temperature, and more.
• Conducting inspections on packaged finished products and entering data on the Plant Monitoring Spreadsheet.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tests for extended periods, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
• Are comfortable working in an industrial and warehouse setting, including standing and walking for extended periods.
• Have experience working with industrial equipment and lab equipment, such as temperature probes, pH meters, and scales.
