Salary: $50,000- $55,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time; Permanent
The Junior Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative will assist in processing sales orders, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting the sales function. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage sales orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and order updates.
- Communicate shipment information to customers and coordinate orders based on inventory availability and priorities.
- Track and monitor all shipments to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of customer and order information.
- Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, marketing, and logistics teams to address customer needs.
- Support senior team members in resolving customer issues and implementing sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel; SAP experience is an asset.
- High sense of urgency with the ability to be empathetic and build strong customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with customers.
