Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to work in Portland, OR. Join us and take advantage of this great opportunity! We’ll be here every step of the way to help you through the process.
Shift/Schedule:
11am – 3pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $21.35/hr

This is an ONSITE role – Remote work is not available.
What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant?
Duties include:
- Monitor all budget information regarding billing and accounts payable/Submit POs and PRs as needed
- Maintain uniform account to include ordering of initial and replacement uniforms, as well as monitoring allowable credit per associate based on annual ordering volume.
- Support associates’ administrative requirements to include payroll discrepancies, shift changes, vehicle ordering, UMA support for WMS system, ITSM system requests for computer access, etc.
- Coordinate with Comp and Benefits regarding the placement of associates on appropriate medical leave status, to include Worker’s Compensation, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding medical related information.
- Monitor bi-weekly payroll system through use of the Kronos system, while ensuring accuracy of all inputs by Supervisors. Must be able to discern errors in the system, as well as inputting associate information and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in onboarding of new hires by coordinating orientation and help in submitting any paperwork needed.

- Have 1/yr+ of administrative and/or customer service experience.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Flexible, adaptable, and demonstrated ability to work in team environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
