Pay range:  $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

What’s a typical day as a Project Management Software Support Technician? You’ll be:

  • Involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment

  • Conducting manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for the purpose

  • Identifying and documenting bugs or issues and working with the development team to resolve them

  • Writing test scripts for large and complex web applications and testing the software using those scripts

  • Handling critical and demanding deadlines and making important decisions under pressure

  • Managing lists of issues and following up on them until they’ve been rectified

  • Collaborating with an energetic team and providing support in any way needed

  • Utilizing your skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and web and mobile sites

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have previous software testing experience (a plus)

  • Are familiar with multiple systems

  • Have excellent organization, communication, and writing skills

  • Are meticulous and detail-oriented

  • Can handle critical deadlines and make important decisions under pressure
