Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$27.00 per hour
“Must have forklift certification or experience with forklift operation is required.”

What’s a typical day as a Rental Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Interacting with customers and vendors through a professional phone demeanor to determine appropriate service requirements.
• Coordinating scheduling of manpower and maintaining daily communication with the Equipment Coordinator, Depot Manager, and salespeople.
• Preparing Rental Agreements, Bill of Ladings, and job-related Purchase Orders as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong communication skills and experience in customer service, with a focus on follow-up and relationship management.
• Are detail-oriented and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tracking.
• Have experience in equipment coordination, quality control, and inventory management.
