Packaging Sales Engineer 
Location: Northeast US
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 DOE

Job Summary: 
You will be the primary point of contact for potential customers, current customers, and will work closely with the engineering team to provide customized packaging solutions. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned territory of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. 

Qualifications: 
•    3-4 years of experience in industrial sales solutions in the packaging industry (palletizing, packing and product handling machinery, warehousing). 
•    Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to travel extensively (70%-80%) within the assigned territory.
•    Proficiency in using CRM software Dynamics preferred.
•    Strong organizational and time management skills. 
•    Spanish language skills are a plus. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and industry events. 
•    Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate and close sales opportunities. 
•    Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
•    Understand the technical aspects of packaging solutions and be able to discuss them with customers. 
•    Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
•    Travel extensively within the Northeastern US territory to meet with customers and attend industry events. 
•    Travel to Spain several times per year and at least 3 tradeshows per year. 
•    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer information.
