Salario/Tasa de Pago/Compensación:
$11.00 por hora

Por qué deberías aplicar para ser un Facilitador Técnico – Servicio al Cliente:

¿Cómo es un día típico como Facilitador Técnico – Servicio al Cliente? 
• Responsable de gestionar el inventario de suministros
• Leer medidores y suministrar papel
• Coordinar la remoción, instalación y capacitación de equipos
• Proporcionar informes y responder a llamadas de servicio de nivel 1
• Satisfacer la demanda diaria del cliente resolviendo problemas básicos de equipos con fotocopiadoras, impresoras y escáneres
• Contactar al Soporte Técnico de IT para obtener ayuda con reparaciones o programación y coordinar soluciones para los clientes

Este trabajo podría ser perfecto para ti si:
• Tienes experiencia en sistemas de información y/o conocimiento de fotocopiadoras, impresoras, escáneres u otra tecnología relacionada
• Estás disponible para trabajar a tiempo completo
• Tienes excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y servicio al cliente
• Eres detallista y organizado
