Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join our team at Cummins Power Generation in Fridley, MN. Several Production Associate/Assembler opportunities are available on 1st and 2nd shift shift Monday-Friday. No experience or high school diploma is required to start!

Positions start at $20 an hour with a $500 sign-on bonus and direct hire opportunity, apply for more details! 

  • 1st shift: $20.00 / hour

    • Mon-Fri 7am-3pm (Start time of 5am on OT days)


  • 2nd shift: $21.60 / hour

    • Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm (End time of 1am on OT days)

What’s a typical day as a Production and Assembly Associate? You’ll be:

  • Operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble powered generators and generator components

  • Being on your feet, using your hands and hand tools, reading diagrams to assemble 

  • Optimizing cycle times, meeting defined standards, and achieving production goals in a team-oriented environment

  • Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the areas of quality, safety, process, material flow, and talent development.
