We are seeking a material Handler to work at a premier client in Huntington Beach, CA 92649.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.78 Shift:  2:00pm – 10:30pm: -$19.78

The company designs, manufactures and distributes materials and services for the construction and industrial markets. These solutions are found everywhere in our living places and our daily life: in buildings, transportation, infrastructure and in many industrial applications.

Must be okay with working in a glass manufacturing environment.

What’s a typical day as a Material Handler? You’ll be:
• Safely operating pallet jacks and forklifts as needed to move material between semi-trucks, warehouse, and the assembly line.
• Ensuring all materials are labeled properly and safely packing quality products to ensure they are delivered on time to the customer.
• Keeping track of orders and dispatching shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Managing all materials to a FIFO (first in, first out) method.
• Maintaining the work environment in a safe manner and ensuring it meets all 5S standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3+ years of relevant driving, supply chain, and large equipment maneuvering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good attendance.
• Are a good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
• Have at least 2 years of forklift experience.
• Are proficient in English.
• Reside in Huntington Beach, CA 92649.
• High school diploma or equivalent
