Work Schedule: 40-hour work week on site in Gregory, TX

What’s a typical day as a Mechanical Cost Analyst? You’ll be:
- Providing analytical support to deliver financial cost awareness and internal reporting.
- Working with internal workers and external vendors to resolve billing issues and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Preparing cost reports including forecasts/outlooks and assisting with the allocation of funds for projects based on approved budgets.
- Validating invoices, expenditures, and change requests impacting budgets.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to cost management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess basic financial reporting knowledge.
- Have experience in cost data analysis.
- Are proficient in using and/or willing to learn SAP and other internal invoicing and financial systems.
- Pay great attention to detail.
- Have previous or similar experience in a similar role (preferred).
