Kelly® has Direct Hire-Machine Operator positions in Charlotte NC

$22 to $25 per hour to start

7:30am to 5:30pm

Must have: Experience working with Wood products 

2 to 3 years experience in Machine Operation

 

** ON THE JOB TRAINING to become a CNC Machinists and learn the following tasks:

Understand specifications of the task at hand and desired result by reading and

understanding blueprints, mechanical drawings, Work/Production Orders, etc.

Safe operation of a table saw to process offcuts into; usable rips, usable offcuts,

or unusable scraps

Inspection of routed products, parts, and components for damages, defects, or

inconsistencies, prior to pushing work load to the superseding department

Inspect and measure finished parts and compare them with requirements

Maintain the organization and cleanliness of own station, machinery and

equipment, dust collection zone, and overall department zone

Communicate between lead department members and the Production Supervisor

with any quality issues, concerns, or questions

Adherence to company established processes, procedures, and policies
