What’s a typical day as an Analyst? You’ll be:
• Scheduling travel, arranging meetings and events
• Processing expense reports and managing FAB card administration
• Facilitating organizational communications and content creation
• Maintaining various Confluence / SharePoint sites
• Proactively gathering order information and processing orders
• Meticulously comparing invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
• Providing assistance during internal audits
• Maintaining strict confidentiality
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3+ years of proven experience in an analyst role, project manager, or similar position
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office
• Have meticulous attention to detail
• Can adapt to frequently changing work priorities
• Are able to work independently and in collaboration with multiple business partners
