Job Title: Electronic Repair Technician with Soldering experience

Location: Groveport, Ohio
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Shift: 1st – 6am to 2:30pm Monday – Friday
           2nd – 2:30pm to 11pm Monday – Friday

                  

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Repair Technician with strong soldering experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electronic equipment. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with delicate soldering tasks, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities


Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic components and systems.

Perform soldering and de-soldering tasks on circuit boards and small electronic components.

Replace and repair defective parts, including resistors, capacitors, ICs, and other components.

Test and calibrate repaired equipment to ensure functionality and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of repairs and test results.

Follow safety protocols and handle tools/equipment with care.

Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical issues.

Requirements


Proven experience in electronic repair and soldering (at least 2 years, depending on your needs).

Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and schematics.

Proficiency in using tools like soldering irons, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.

Attention to detail and precision in handling delicate components.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications


Experience with repairing electronic devices and soldering.

Certification or equivalent training in soldering standards.

Background in repairing consumer electronics, industrial systems, or similar devices.
