Kelly Services is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist for a leading Fortune 100 company to join a collaborative team in San Bernardino, CA. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring at least five years of experience, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain vendor files and ensure accurate, up-to-date information.

  • Issue vendor packets, set up credit terms, and complete required applications.

  • Review invoices for accuracy, post into EVO, and collaborate with Purchasing and Receiving teams to resolve discrepancies.

  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, pricing, and quantity issues.

  • Manage the accounts payable inbox, sort and download invoices, and keep email volume to a minimum.

  • Process check runs, distribute payments, and assist with end-of-month closing tasks including journal entries for accrued expenses.

  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience within a large manufacturing company.

  • Intermediate Excel proficiency, strong organization, and time management skills.

  • Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and a mature, collaborative approach.

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 100% onsite

  • Payrate: $23.00-28.00 an hour
