What’s a typical day as a Training Administrator/Coordinator III? You’ll be:
• Providing support for training activities such as web-based learning systems, IT, computer software or hardware, and coordinating training programs.
• Assisting training staff by providing support materials, documenting processes, purchasing, and being a resource on specialized training issues.
• Collaborating with training staff, partners, company personnel, and customers to address support and coordination needs.
• Handling telephone support, customer and partner phone calls, and providing Tier 2 support to resolve issues.
• Utilizing processes and tools to assist instructors and managers in processing communications, training materials, and reports.
• Monitoring transaction activity on the Learning Management System and reconciling revenues and expenses.
• Assisting in marketing or filling classes by analyzing upcoming rosters
• Supporting facility operations by assisting with shipping, deliveries and catering.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous experience as an Office or Training Coordinator.
• Possess strong soft skills, including communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Have the ability to handle complex technical support and critical administrative tasks.
• Are comfortable working with proprietary or confidential information.
• Have a fundamental understanding of Learning Management System administration.
