In-Store Pay Install and Support Specialist
Contract Start Date: ASAP (W2 through Kelly OCG)
Contract End Date: 12/31/24 with potential for extension
Location: San Francisco and East Bay, CA
Pay Rate: $33 – $36/hr
This person will be responsible for helping launch merchants onto our client’s new in-store pay product. Responsibilities will include:
1. Scheduling Merchant visits + installation of NFC tiles
2. Training staff
3. Secret shopping for compliance
4. Market research
5. Developing signage + other merchant assets
This position will require someone who is friendly, outgoing, detail oriented, a fast learner, able to work independently and comfortable with Google Suite. The chosen candidate will be visiting existing customers in San Fran to train staff on how to use the product and install technology. They will need to be able to follow directions and a script, and report back to leadership. This position will be 85% client facing, 15% working from home (scheduling, reporting, etc)
