Job Summary
The Inventory Control Associate will support daily inventory operations by following instructions from the Inventory Control Lead and/or Supervisor. This role is focused on maintaining inventory accuracy, handling parts picking, processing transactions, and investigating root causes of inventory discrepancies.

Title: Inventory Control Associate
Pay Rate: $17hr
Duration: Temp to Hire
Shift: 1st shift Monday -Friday OT is voluntary
Location: Georgetown, TX
Key Responsibilities
– Pick parts for internal inventory transfer requests 
– Verify accuracy in kitted job orders through a kitting parts check 
– Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies 
– Conduct inventory counts and audits as needed 
– Process inventory transactions in the system accurately 
– Support the inventory putaway process to ensure organized storage 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
– Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills 
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently 
– Team-oriented and collaborative 
– Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP is preferred but not required 
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word 
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field 

Competencies
– High level of integrity and a strong work ethic 
– Willingness to perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required 

Education
– High school diploma or equivalent
