Kelly is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant in the Forest City, NC Area.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and has a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures in a Manufacturing facility
– Location: Forest City NC
– Pay Rate: $24 to $26
– Shift: Day shift 8am to 5pm M-F but flexibility is needed for events
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Assist HR business partners with standard HR processes such as compensation, benefits, and performance management.
– Ensure accurate and complete data entry of workforce information into HR information systems.
– Conduct regular audits of data entry to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
– Compile HR data to support HR metrics and measures.
– Coordinate basic HR business process activities to ensure timely completion and quality objectives.
– Provide support in staffing and recruiting activities, including scheduling, data entry, and coordination of assessment testing.
– Coordinate new hire orientation assignments and activities.
– Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.

– Data Analytics: Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, applies statistical approaches, and presents meaningful patterns and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
