At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking a Hybrid Customer Service Representative for a cutting edge tech company in West Henrietta, NY.
Pay: $20-23/hr. (Depending on experience).
Day Shift: 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri.
- This is a temporary role with the possibility of permanent hire.
Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative you’ll be at the heart of operations, handling order entries, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth transactional processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process orders, changes, pricing adjustments, and cancellations.
- Retrieve and verify customer information and order details.
- Communicate order status, ship dates, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries.
- Issue RMAs and Credit Memos; manage invoicing issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of Customer service experience preferred; Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
