Location: Windsor, CT
Position: Electrical Assembler
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm ($20/hr)
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm ($21.40/hr)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components and wire equipment using tools like screwdrivers, pliers, soldering irons, splicing tools, crimping tools, etc.
- Read and interpret assembly and sub-assembly drawings and sketches.
- Maintain good housekeeping of your individual work area.
- Keep a daily time log of work on manufacturing and/or production travelers.
- Perform other assignments as given by supervisors.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in the assembly of industrial electrical components and wiring of instruments and units.
- Capable of producing high-quality products efficiently.
- Able to move safely over uneven terrain and restricted spaces.
- Capable of climbing ladders carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Able to kneel, bend, and stand for long periods.
- Can work in and around areas with limited space.
- Available to work the specified shift hours.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in using, reading, and interpreting drawings, measuring scales, and tapes.
- At least 1 year of experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Familiarity with tablets and computers.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
