What’s a typical day as a Member Contact Center Representative? You’ll be:

 

  • Providing courteous and efficient service to members over the phone or preferred delivery channel.

  • Identifying opportunities to promote credit union products and services.
     

  • Utilizing various computer applications to assist with member support and satisfaction.
     

  • Striving to provide first contact resolution and build lasting member relationships.
     

  • Maintaining a high level of quality in member satisfaction, accuracy, and phone management.
     

  • Contributing to unit and corporate goals.
     

  • Assuming additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the Credit Union.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

 

  • Reside in or near South Bend, IN.

  • Can fluently read, write, and speak both English and Spanish.

  • Have clear verbal and written communication, listening, and human relation skills.
     

  • Possess excellent phone communication skills using a clear and pleasant voice.
     

  • Have basic analytical, mathematical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
     

  • Are computer literate with experience using Windows environment, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
     

  • Have data entry skills.
     

  • Can multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
     

  • Are able to sit and/or stand at a desk for an extended period.
     

  • Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent skills and abilities.
     

  • Have basic knowledge of financial services or customer service and/or call center experience.
