Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Product Sales
Houston Texas – 77093 zip code
Onsite – 5 days a week in Houston area
Second shift position – hours overnight for emergency orders
Salary – Base 50-75k range plus commission – Top sales representative makes $200k year, New $4000 per month/Experienced $10k month

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth within the industrial sector.
The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving sales of our industrial products by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales emails and inquires for existing and prospective customers within the industrial sector.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, process orders, and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively position and sell our products.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in industrial products or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industrial products and the ability to learn technical product details quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively manage relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
